Meet the inspector
Kurt Candler brings builder-level experience to every inspection.
Kurt is an NC licensed general contractor specializing in swimming pool construction since 1997. Over his career, he has installed more than 600 residential and commercial pools, including vinyl, fiberglass, concrete, vanishing edge, natatorium, and rooftop pool projects.
He is a nationally certified pool inspector through Watershape University and Pro Pool Inspectors, currently holds Watershape University's IWI Professional credential, and served as 2024 and 2025 PHTA Chapter President for North and South Carolina while helping form the Carolinas Chapter.
